The Preliminary Zoning Review process is a service that allows you to have your drawings or permit reviewed prior to application.
The staff will assist you with the process of identifying anything missing or incorrect on your application.
The Town has specific policies for property standards such as minimum setback on property lines, height restrictions, use and density. All construction projects must meet the Zoning By-Law for the Town of Aurora.
